- AFSS Managing Director & Lead Instructor, Dr. Larry Hood, is: licensed by SQFI as an SQF Trainer & Consultant in 20 food sector categories, including high risk; accredited by IHA as Lead Instructor; & is Lead Instructor for the FDA's FSMA FSPCA Food Safety for Human Food Preventive Controls for Qualified Individual (PCQI) official class that meets FDA and FSMA requirements
