The Preventive Controls for Human food regulation requires activities such as preparing Food Safety Plan, validation of the preventive controls, records review, reanalysis of Food Safety Plan & other activities be completed by a "preventive controls qualified individual". There are differences between HACCP and Preventive Controls. This course, developed by Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), is the "standardizedcurriculum" the FDA recognizes. Included: Certificate that meets requirements for a "Preventive Controls Qualified Individual", official binder with slides, Sample Food Safety Plans manual, Exercise manual, other materials & exercises. You participate using food safety forms to prepare a food safety plan. Your certificate is registered with FSPCA & shows you attended class taught by a trained Lead Instructor. Registration fee: $750 ($50 fee to register your certificate is included in your payment).
