We are licensed by the SQF Institute as a Training and Consulting Center in 20 food sector categories, including high risk areas. We also qualified as among the first SQF auditors and have assisted the SQFI with auditor training. This makes us qualified to perform the all important activities of the SQF Initial Gap Assessment and the final SQF System Mock audit needed immediatedly prior to the first stage of the official SQF certification process.
Our certifications are in recognition of 30+ years of industry leadership in technical, food safety, quality, regulatory assignments and management posititions with North American food supply chain companies.
To become a licensed SQF Consultant, the SQF Institute requires documentation and references in each category and proof of academic food safety training and 5 years category experience (10 for high risk), including developing HACCP plans and/or HACCP training. Very few consultants have this extensive qualification level.
